*From your first call to your child's first appointment, our engagement team walks you through every step. Here's what that looks like:*

- A real conversation with our engagement team; not a form, not a voicemail
- Answers to your questions about care, cost, insurance, and our clinicians
- A scheduled evaluation appointment before you hang up
- After your evaluation sessions, your engagement team helps you schedule the right next step, whether that's therapy, psychiatric services, psychological testing, or a combination.

## How Brightline can help your child

*Brightline treats anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, autism spectrum disorder, disruptive behaviors, learning differences, and more. Depending on your child's needs, care may include:*

## What to expect from care

*Care at Brightline follows a clear, structured path — from your first evaluation all the way through treatment and beyond. Every step is designed to give you and your child clarity, confidence, and a plan that actually works.*

- Your child's care begins with a diagnostic evaluation to give us a deep understanding of your child's needs, strengths, and what's getting in the way
- Based on those conversations, your clinician shares their impressions and builds a care plan with you
- From there, your child's path may include therapy, psychiatric services, psychological testing, or a combination — based on what the evaluation recommends
- Throughout care, parents are involved every step of the way. What happens at home matters as much as what happens in session
