To increase access and decrease costs for families, we’ve worked to ensure we’re in network with several plans. Care in MA and WA is online only at this time. At this time, Brightline services are not covered by Medicaid, Emblem Health, Healthfirst, Fidelis, Empire, or Metroplus. ## What does “in network” mean? When a clinician or company is “in network” it means they’re contracted with an insurance provider. What does that mean for you? Lower negotiated rates and cheaper out-of-pocket costs.
