HSA/FSA funds can be used for all services. You can upload it yourself by logging into your account, or we can take the information over the phone. When you pay out of pocket, your credit card isn’t charged until your child’s clinician puts their after-visit notes into our system. This lets us know the appointment has taken place and usually happens within about three days.  If you need a superbill to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement of services you’ve already paid for, we can provide one at any time — either by request or on a regular monthly basis. ## How self-pay billing works ### Provide credit card We’ll keep your credit card on file.
