She specializes in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, selective mutism, OCD, ADHD, disruptive behavior, and autism.  Dr. Stern has been trained in a number of evidence-based models such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), Modular Approach to Treatment for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems (MATCH-ADTC), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Dr. Stern has also had extensive training in psychological evaluations and psychoeducational testing.
