Self-pay pricing
All services can be paid with HSA/FSA funds and we are happy to provide superbills when requested or on a regular monthly basis.
Therapy ranges from $200–$350
Psychiatry ranges from $225–$350
Psychological testing begins at $2,000
How payments and reimbursements work
We will keep your credit card on file. You can upload it yourself by logging into your account, or we can take the information over the phone. When you pay out of pocket, your credit card isn’t charged until your child’s clinician puts their after-visit notes into our system. This lets us know the appointment has taken place and usually happens within about three days.
If you need a superbill to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement of services you’ve already paid for, we can provide one at any time — either by request or on a regular monthly basis.

How self-pay billing works
Provide credit card
We’ll keep your credit card on file. You can upload it yourself by logging into your account, or call us and we’ll take your information over the phone.
Enjoy your session
No payment is due or will be taken on the day of your child’s session. Your credit card will be charged after the appointment has taken place.
After the visit
Your credit card will be charged once your child’s clinician puts their after-visit notes into our system. This usually takes about three days.
Superbills available
Superbills can be provided either by request or on a regular monthly basis. We will include everything your insurance provider needs.
