You and your child have access to our secure messaging feature on the Brightline app. Send an update to your child’s care team, ask a question between sessions, or browse our library of articles and resources. Our app is accessible via the web, through Apple's App store for iPhones and Google's Play store for Android phones.

Emergency resources

Brightline is not an emergency service. If this is an emergency, and you or your child are in crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If your child has talked about hurting themselves or someone else, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You can also chat from your computer with a trained counselor at 988lifeline.org. Additional resources are available on our safety page.
