The right fit, thoughtfully matched

How we match your child with a clinician
Matching starts with what your child actually needs. Our team looks at:

The concerns you've shared, along with any diagnosis and treatment goals
What we learned during the diagnostic evaluation and feedback session
Which clinicians are licensed, credentialed with your insurance plan, and currently accepting new patients
From there, we look for the clinician whose training and focus line up with your child's needs.
Your preferences matter
You know your family best, and we want to hear it. You can share what you're looking for, including:

Preferred days and times
In-person at one of our Brightline clinics or online
Clinician characteristics, like gender or experience
We'll do what we can to accommodate your preferences.
How scheduling works
You know your family best, and we want to hear it. You can share what you're looking for, including:

Step 1: Your diagnostic evaluation and feedback session are scheduled as close together as possible, so care can move forward without long gaps.
Step 2: Ongoing therapy is scheduled around your clinician's availability and yours, typically weekly or biweekly.
Step 3: If your preferred clinician doesn't have an opening right away, we can add your family to a waitlist.

Staying in touch along the way
Our care team will confirm your appointments and reach out if anything changes. You're never left wondering what's next.
